SPRING RATES ARE HERE! SAVE $30 BUCKS ON A TUNE AND VAC. A Tune and Vac on a boiler is only $159 plus tax and includes a standard filter and nozzle along with a free vacuuming on the boiler. And if you have an oil fired hot water heater, we will tune that up for only $39 extra! And it includes a standard filter cartridge and nozzle. (vacuuming would be extra if needed) That's What We Call SUPER Service......SUPER Rates When we provide Annual Check Ups for your heating system, we change a filter and nozzle, and clean the boiler with a vacuum. No short cuts allowed! We lubricate what needs to be lubed , and make adjustments for clean and efficient running. We want to give your boiler the greatest chance to be as problem free as possible. It is impossible to predict how well any particular heating system will run during a season. Just like all of us, we tend to breakdown, due to age or neglect, and sometimes for no rhyme or reason. But for those of us that eat right, and go to the gym to keep in shape, we usually end up running well and we do not break down nearly as much! CALL 516 781-6616

SUPER Service....SUPER Rates The rate does not include emergency vacuuming, if needed, which is an additional charge of $49. There is a 1 hr minimum charge plus parts and tax.
